Circle Theatre – Fort Worth
Circle Theatre is proud to announce it is extending its current production of Over the River and Through the Woods by Joe DiPietro.
This production was originally scheduled to close September 7, but will now play through September 21. Show times are Thursdays, Fridays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 4:00pm & 8:30pm. Tickets are $15 - $25. Bell coupons, KERA memberships, Tandy Vouchers and Star-Telegram Press Passes are honored at the Theatre’s box office. Group rates are also available.
Over the River is written by the same author who wrote the lyrics for I Love You, You’re Perfect. Now Change – last summer’s hit show at Circle Theatre. Executive Director, Rose Pearson, states, “Mr. DiPietro is quickly becoming one of our favorite playwrights. Not only does he seem to have his finger on the pulse of today’s theatre-going public, but also he is an artist who writes from a very big heart. We definitely plan to produce his work again in future seasons.”
René Moreno, guest director for Over the River and Through the Woods, will return to direct Circle’s up-coming production of Misery, a stage adaptation of Stephen King’s popular novel of the same name. The Theatre is currently taking advance reservations for that show as well.
Early Bird Season Tickets will continue to be on sale during the extended run of Over the River until the available quota of these tickets are sold. At Circle, an Early Bird Season Ticket holder with advance reservations can bring a FREE GUEST to any Thursday evening or Saturday Matinee production. Early Bird Tickets are $95 each.
