A narrator introduces the audience to various characters and events that illustrate how, within the enormity of the universe, our very human concerns and relationships are not lost or insignificant. The Pavilion was nominated for both the Pulitzer Prize and the American Theatre Critics Association Best New Play of 2000. City Theatre Company originally produced The Pavilion in 2000 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The play was partially developed at the Carnegie School of Drama. News & Reviews: |
