Natalie Gaupp

Natalie Gaupp (Director) is pleased to make her Circle Theatre directorial debut with The Pavilion. Metroplex directing credits include Collected Stories (Stage West), How I Learned to Drive and Mother Lolita (Fort Worth Theatre), Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (Spare Room Productions), Bus Stop (Theatre Arlington), All My Sons (Eastfield College, guest-director), Urashima Taro (Creative Arts Theatre School), Brighton Beach Memoirs and Summer and Smoke (Main Street Theatre), plus various arts-in-education programming for Theatre Three and Dallas Theater Center. Natalie dramaturged and directed staged readings for the Fort Worth Hispanic Playwrights Festival, administered the Live Theatre League's High School Playwriting Project, and participated in the Association for Higher Education's New Play Development Workshop. In addition, she received national playwriting honors, as well as professional productions and workshops of her works in Fort Worth, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Toronto, and Miami. Natalie is an instructor in the University of Texas at Arlington's Theatre Arts and English Departments, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Dallas.
