Susan Sargeant (Director). Susan is happy to be
returning to Circle Theatre after directing the
critically lauded productions of Seascape and The
Last Night Of Ballyhoo. She has been active in the
Dallas/Ft. Worth theatrical community for the past
eighteen years. Currently she serves as the Producing
Artistic Director for WingSpan Theatre Company in Dallas.
WingSpan acting credits include: Tongue of a Bird, Mrs.
Klein (Critics Forum Award 2000), Grace & Glorie, Alice
in Bed, and The Last Flapper (Critics Forum Award 1998
and a Leon Rabin nomination). She has also recently
appeared in The Beauty Queen of Leenane at Theatre
Three. In Fort Worth, she has worked as an actress
at both Stage West and Casa on the Square. Susan also
served as the Artistic Associate with New Horizons
Theatre Company in Dallas from 1992-96 where she
appeared in several productions, most notably: A
Narrow Bed, The Wall of Water, Alabama Rain and I
Can't Imagine Tomorrow. Selected directing credits
include: Proposals - Plano Repertory Theatre, Haiku -
WingSpan Theater Company, The Miracle Worker - Garland
Civic Theatre, Shirley Valentine, The World At Absolute
Zero and both Women in Theatre Festivals - New Horizons
