PATRON + EMPLOYEE SAFETY
After an 18 month hiatus, we are thrilled to open our doors for you
to join us as we bring you live stories from all walks of life.
Our aim is to create theatre for you and for our artists and to do so safely.
AUDIENCE + PATRON SAFETY
Here are the current policies we are operating under as we continue to follow Actors' Equity Association and CDC guidelines.

To join us for a performance, masks, at this time, are optional. We will have extra masks on hand should you want one.

The box office window has a plexiglass front to keep our employees safe.

A digital, downloadable program will be available on our website and through a provided QR code.

Hand sanitizer will be available in several areas.

Our building is sanitized regularly and the theatre will be sanitized between each performance.
EMPLOYEE SAFETY
Circle Theatre has successfully kept our staff and artists safe over the last year and are committed to ensuring the safety of our patrons as we look towards reopening. Here are the current policies we are operating under as we continue to follow Actors' Equity Association and CDC guidelines.

We have multiple COVID-19 Compliance Officers (Covid Safety Officers) certified to help manage safety practices every day both on and off the stage.

Mandatory temperature checks are logged for all employees before they can enter the building. Anyone running a fever (100.4 or higher) will be sent home immediately to quarantine.

Masks are required.

Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the building

Work from home options are available.

The number of crew members in the shop at one time will be minimized to allow for distancing. In addition to masks and sanitization, gloves will be used whenever safe.
PERFORMER & CREW SAFETY

Masks must always be worn, unless you are an actor who is on stage or in a rehearsal situation where it is appropriate. All performers must be distanced from crew/creatives before removing their mask.

No non-cast or crew members or visitors are allowed backstage.

All crew headsets will be assigned and must be sanitized by the user and stored in assigned separate containers when not in use.

Dressing rooms will be sanitized between every rehearsal and performance by staff.

Actor is responsible for their own costume changes which must be done in their dressing room.

Wardrobe will be allowed in dressing rooms with actors only when actor needs assistance and is masked.
