CIRCLE THEATRE POLICIES

TICKETING + RESERVATIONS

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Reservations must be paid in advance.

  • First-come, first-served.

  • Inner Circle Members may reserve tickets to our full season at the time of subscription.

  • Ticket access dates for Season Ticket Holder are available on each show page.

  • General ticket access dates for Non-Season Ticket Holders are available on each show page.

  • Tickets not picked up 15 minutes prior to curtain are considered no-shows and may be released to the waitlist.

  • If a Season Ticket Holder fails to cancel at least 1 hour before showtime, they may not reserve seating again for that production.
     

DISCOUNTS

  • Only one discount may be applied per ticket.

  • Discounts and special offers are not valid for preview or opening night performances.

  • Season Ticket Holders may receive a $5 discount on additional guest tickets when reserving.
     

ATTENDANCE

  • No lap children.

  • No children under 10, unless a specific production is designated as allowing younger audiences by Circle Theatre management

  • Late seating is at the discretion of management and may be in alternate locations to minimize disruption.
     

THEATRE ETIQUETTE

  • No flash photography and no audio/video recording inside the theatre.

  • Cell phones completely off; no texting during the performance.
     

ACCESSIBILITY + GROUPS

  • Groups or patrons with special needs: please contact the Box Office at 817.877.3040 for assistance.
     

CONCESSIONS: VELVET LOUNGE BAR

  • Drinks purchased at concessions (pre-show or intermission) are permitted in the theatre.

  • Food from concessions must be unwrapped before entering; otherwise, please finish it before you take your seat.

  • Concessions are closed during the show and will reopen following
    ​

COVID-19 POLICIES

  • In accordance with Actors' Equity Association (Union) rules, our entire staff, production crew, and cast has been fully vaccinated

  • At this time, masks are optional for patrons. This policy can change at any time.

When a play is in performance, the box office opens one hour before show time.

Preview Pricing

Use code PRE for $25 off our first Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Matinee performance of every mainstage show.


Students & Educators

High school & college students may also purchase tickets for half price 30 minutes before show time with a valid school ID.  (Subject to availability). We offer School Nights every Thursday night where students and educators can use code CTSCHOOL to get $15 tickets .

Seniors (65+)  & Military

$5 off all performances. 

 

PARKING - 2026 UPDATE

  • Metered Street Parking: We highly suggest parking on the street, as the rules have not changed for 2026

    • Street parking is free after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

    • Payment for parking (pre-6pm) is through the app FW Park.

  • Sundance Square Garages #3 & #4: Circle's preferred garages starting January 2026

    • Circle Theatre can only validate up to 2.5 hours of parking in Garage #3.

    • Address for Garage #3: 345 W 3rd Street, Fort Worth TX 76102.

    • Both no longer offer free night or weekend parking. ​​

    • You must request a validation ticket from us upon your visit to the theater for validation

  • City Center Garage #2: Best if you are planning on spending more than 3 hours in Sundance Square

    • A discounted price of $5 for the full time parked.

    • Address for Garage #2: 401 Calhoun Street, Fort Worth TX 76102.

    • Must provide a physical ticket from the show to receive discounted price. ​​

    • Please note: This option is further away, so please plan travel accordingly.

  • THE TOWER GARAGE IS NO LONGER OFFERING FREE PARKING AT ANY TIME.

  • SUNDANCE SQUARE GARAGES #3 & #4 NO LONGER OFFER FREE NIGHT OR WEEKEND PARKING.

Playwrights Welcome is a new program to provide free access to theatre for Dramatists Guild of America Members, developed by Samuel French along with Dramatists Play Service, Dramatic Publishing, Music Theatre International, Playscripts and Rodgers and Hammerstein. Circle Theatre will provide one complimentary tickets to any performance. Tickets valid for side section seating; offer not available for Saturday matinees. 


Complimentary tickets are available one hour before show time in person at the Box Office. Additional tickets will receive $5 off. Offer is subject to availability. Writers must present their Dramatists Guild membership card at the box office when picking up tickets.
