We are thrilled to Kick Off the
2024 High School Playwriting Project!
Get ready for the 2024 High School Playwriting Project! We're calling on all high school teachers to submit 10-minute scripts, written by your students, for assessment by our seasoned panel of professional judges. Embrace the thrill as scripts are anonymously submitted through Circle, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation.
Each script will undergo a thoughtful review by two judges, who will assess and score every element. The scores will be tallied, revealing varying scholarship opportunities for the top 20 scripts. The top eight entries, in addition to scholarship, will receive tickets to live theater across the metroplex and a reception in their honor. The top four entries will be invited to have their scripts read as part of a staged reading performed by skilled professional actors.
