We are thrilled to announce the launch of the
2025 High School Playwriting Project!
Each year, Circle Theatre proudly hosts this exciting initiative to nurture and celebrate local student playwrights. We invite all high school teachers in the DFW Metroplex to submit their students’ 10-minute scripts for evaluation by an esteemed panel of judges. This project is a wonderful opportunity to inspire creativity, explore storytelling, and give students a platform to showcase their talents.

I loved reading about your high school playwriting project and how it’s bringing young voices together, because projects like that were the moments I remember most from school. This project is an incredible opportunity for students to master the rhythm and flow of storytelling in a professional setting.
