ABOUT THE PLAY
King James is a two-hander about friendship, fandom, and the passage of time. Told through the rise and reign of LeBron James, it’s not just about basketball. It’s about how men connect, disconnect, and reconnect through something larger than themselves. The play explores identity, race, class, loyalty, and how sports become a shared language when words fail us.
