Initial Audition: Video submissions only. All auditioning must submit a video, headshot, and resume.
Audition Submission Deadline: Monday, December 27th at 8pm.
Callbacks Requests: Callback requests will be sent in the form of an email by Wednesday, December 29th at 5pm.
Callbacks: Callbacks will be held in person on Monday, January 3rd starting at 6pm at Circle Theatre. *Masks will be required at callbacks
First Rehearsal: February 15, 2022 Performance Dates: March 10, 2022 – April 2, 2022
*Due to continuing Actor’s Equity sanctions on theatrical procedures and processes caused by the pandemic, AEA members are advised to send in initial auditions via video submission. Callbacks will be in person using the guidelines of Actor’s Equity Association. Those called back will receive specific instructions at that time as to what procedures must be followed to comply with the AEA regulations.
AUDITION SIDES:
Auditions will consist of a reading from the show (link to audition sides below). Please prepare the material for the character you would like to read for.

CHARACTERS:
VICTOR – Perhaps fifty. Ideally, but not necessarily, a big bull of a man.
ClAUDE – Headwaiter, late thirties or forties.
MIMI – Waitress, thirties. Claude’s wife.
GASTON – Chef, forties.
ANTOINE* – Waiter-in-training, late teens or early twenties.
MISS BERGER – Perhaps forty. Victor’s beloved.
*Antoine must play some musical instrument, though, not particularly well. Ideally it would be something unusual (tuba, trombone, bassoon, saxophone, etc). It should not be a “strolling” one (violin, accordion, etc).
